It is NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) or any statutory body. All examination names and acronyms are used solely for descriptive and educational reference purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Engilicense mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

Engilicense is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational study, self-assessment, and exam revision. The practice questions, mock tests, and explanations are provided to help engineering graduates practice standard multiple-choice questions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Exam Results

The application, its question bank, study notes, and simulated mock exams are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain high accuracy and curriculum alignment, we do not warrant that:

Questions in actual licensing examinations will be identical to questions in this app.
Use of the application will guarantee passing of any professional licensing examination.
The application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.

4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

The Engilicense software, source code, visual design, custom UI components, application branding, and compiled materials are the property of mlabs. You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the application.
Attempt to bypass or decrypt cryptographic protections on application assets.
Scrape, redistribute, resell, or commercialize the app content or question database.

5. Third-Party Content & Ads

The application may display advertisements or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of external third-party advertisers or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mlabs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the application or reliance on any practice questions or notes.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
