Data Deletion Request

Overview

In compliance with the Google Play Developer Policy on User Data and Data Deletion, this page provides instructions on how users can delete or request deletion of their data associated with the Engilicense application.

Because Engilicense does not operate an account-login model or maintain cloud user profiles, nearly all user data resides locally on your personal device.

Available Data Deletion Methods

Method 1: Instant In-App Data Wipe Instant

You can instantly delete all local data without leaving the app:

Open the Engilicense application.
Tap the Legal & Policy (shield/info) icon on the top right of the screen.
Navigate to the Data Deletion tab.
Tap the "Delete All Local Data" button and confirm.

This action permanently purges all practice history, mock exam scores, question bookmarks, and cached content from your device's local database.

Method 2: Operating System App Storage Clearance Instant

You can delete all application data directly through your smartphone operating system:

On Android: Open Settings > Apps > Engilicense > Storage > Tap "Clear Storage" or "Clear Data".
On iOS: Removing/uninstalling the application from your iPhone immediately and irrevocably deletes the app's local sandbox storage and databases.

Method 3: Request Deletion of Technical / Analytics Data via Email Within 30 Days

If you wish to request the deletion of any aggregated technical crash records, IP access logs, or diagnostic traces that may have been recorded during your app usage, you can submit an email request:

Subject: Engilicense Data Deletion Request
Information to include: Approximate date of app usage and your device model.

Our engineering team will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and permanently purge any identifiable diagnostic records within 30 days.

Local temporary cache files and preferences.
